Google Tips & Tricks - Why You Shouldn't Use Them For SEO

There are various unethical search engine optimization techniques that many website owners are using to try and trick Google in to giving them a first page ranking. However, I would personally advise you to steer well clear of any of these dodgy tactics as it could end up with your web pages being ignored by Google completely or even removed from their index.


If you search the internet you will find loads of information on different Google Tips and Tricks but don't be fooled into using these, Google is very clever and is getting more savvy by the day and is highly aware of all the loop holes that people try to use to get highly ranked.


The best, and only way, in my opinion to get first page Google rankings is not to try and fool Google but to do it steadily, logically and naturally. Do your research and make sure that the SEO techniques you are using are natural and above board. Here are some things to definitely avoid doing:-


Do not try and hide your keywords - Be upfront with them and do not try and hide them by making the background colour the same colour as the font.


Do not copy content from other pages on the internet or from other pages on your site. Make sure you content is original.


Do not add keywords that do not relate to your content, keep it all relevant.


In conclusion, follow the natural path to SEO, it may take a bit longer to get there but it will be worth it for those high Google rankings.
